You pay for the features that are live in the app. Features marked "coming soon" are not part of what you pay for, and the price does not depend on them.

Before you sign up

Customer service: email support@banay.app. We answer on business days.

Canceling: The plan is a 12-month agreement. You can't cancel early for convenience. On monthly billing, all 12 monthly payments stay due, and on annual billing the payment isn't refunded. The agreement ends on its own after 12 months and never renews automatically. To continue, you sign a new 12-month agreement.

Refunds: payments already made are not refunded, including for part of a month or year, except where the law requires.
